History of Revisions

Since its publication in late 1999, it hasn't undergone any major revision. A minor revision is the addition of a footnote on the topic of "Virtus et Scientia". The last time this article was used as a source material for a Seminar Workshop was in May 2001 at the Colegio San Agustin-Biñan, Philippines.
